The ride will be approximately 50-60 miles. Bring a sack lunch and extra gas if you need it.
Directions to Fernan Saddle
Take E Sherman Ave in Coeur d'Alene to the end and then turn left onto N Fernan Lake Rd (by Lake Villa Apartments). Continue going straight onto E Fernan Lake Rd and follow it around and past the lake. E Fernan Lake Rd leads to Forest Service Rd 268. Follow this road to the top which is Fernan Saddle.
